At Pawsh & Pasture, we stand behind the quality of our products and want both you and your dog to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request.
First Purchase Full Refund
We offer a full refund on your first treat purchase if you’re not satisfied. There is no need to return the product.
Conditions & Limitations
The satisfaction guarantee applies to one treat pouch per customer.
This guarantee is intended for first-time purchases only.
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the eligible product and do not include shipping fees, unless required by law.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if possible.
Non-Refundable Items
Beyond the satisfaction guarantee outlined above, additional refunds or returns may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of pet treats.
