30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request.

First Purchase Full Refund
We offer a full refund on your first treat purchase if you’re not satisfied. There is no need to return the product.

Conditions & Limitations
The satisfaction guarantee applies to one treat pouch per customer.
This guarantee is intended for first-time purchases only.
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the eligible product and do not include shipping fees, unless required by law.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if possible.

Non-Refundable Items
Beyond the satisfaction guarantee outlined above, additional refunds or returns may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of pet treats.

We make clean, single-ingredient treats sourced with care and crafted to support health, longevity, and everyday well-being. No fillers, no artificial additives, and no unnecessary extras.

Are your treats truly single ingredient?

Yes. Each product is made from one animal ingredient only. If a treat is smoked or air-dried, that's a preparation method, not an added ingredient.

Do you use preservatives, additives, or fillers?

No. We do not use added preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, grains, gluten, corn, soy, or sugar.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We prioritize pasture-raised and responsibly sourced ingredients whenever possible, and we work with suppliers who meet our standards for quality, traceability, and handling.

No. We do not use added preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, grains, gluten, corn, soy, or sugar.

Are your treats safe for puppies and senior dogs?

Generally, yes, but every dog is different. For puppies, seniors, or dogs with dental issues, we recommend choosing an appropriate size, supervising closely, and breaking treats into smaller pieces.

How should I feed these treats?

These are intended as treats or toppers, not a complete meal. Feed in moderation based on your dog's size and activity level, and always provide fresh water.

Are these treats raw?

No. Our treats are gently air-dried/dehydrated to reduce moisture and create a shelf-stable product. (They are not cooked like kibble, and they are not raw.)

How should I store your treats?

Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening. For maximum freshness, you can refrigerate after opening, especially in warmer climates.

Do you recommend supervising my dog while chewing?

Yes. Always supervise, especially with chews. Remove small pieces if they become a choking hazard, and select a size and texture appropriate for your dog.

My treats look different from bag to bag. Is that normal?

Totally normal. Because we use whole-food ingredients, natural variation in size, shape, and color is expected.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. Our goal is for you and your dog to love every order.

Do you donate to shelter animals?

Yes. A portion of every purchase supports shelter pets and rescue organizations, because Pawsh & Pasture was built with rescue dogs at the heart of it.
